Why PRIMIGI?

How to clean your PRIMIGI shoes...

Leather shoes - Dust and mud should be brushed off daily and every once in a while, apply a neutral or colored shoe polish.

Patent Leather Shoes - Using a clean damp cloth, gently wipe off the dust/dirt to restore the shine. Do not use shoe polish, as this is not needed.

Suede Shoes - Caring for Suede is easier than you think! Gently clean using a wet cloth and Marseilles soap. A fine sheet of sandpaper, a metal brush or a small piece of rubber are perfect for removing any visible stains.

Canvas Shoes - Shoes should never be totally submerged in water because after a while, this will remove the glue between the sole and the upper part of the shoe. It is best to rub your canvas shoes down with a damp cloth and Marseilles soap.

How to Dry your PRIMIGI shoes...

Never place them close to direct heat such as a radiator or blow dryer, because this can cause them to wrinkle and lose their flexibility. It is best to leave them in the open air to dry, away from direct sunlight which may cause their color to fade. Stuffing them with newspaper as they are drying will also allow them to keep their shape as they dry.

Bacteria- NO THANKS!

PRIMIGI advises that you supply your child with at least two pair of shoes for each season, which will allow your child to alternate days between them. Kids perspire a lot and by wearing the same pair of shoes daily encourages stagnation of sweat and the growth of bacteria and micro-organisms. Never put damp shoes away before airing dry, this will only be a good breeding ground for molds, fungi and bacteria to grow.

The Idea

Most of PRIMIGI shoes are made with removable and washable insoles! Made from natural leathers, they can be conveniently rinsed once a week in soapy warm water (30°C/86°F) to keep bacteria from growing and to help promote healthy feet!
